Response Times & Our Volunteer Team
When You Can Expect to Hear From Us
Response Time: We aim to respond within 2-3 business days, though urgent animal welfare matters are prioritised.
Volunteer Hours: Our dedicated volunteers typically work between 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Note: Emergencies are responded to as soon as possible, including outside of hours when we're able.
💛 Please understand: We're an entirely volunteer-run rescue focused on saving, rehabilitating and rehoming animals. Our volunteers dedicate their time alongside work and family commitments. While we do our absolute best to respond to everyone, during busy periods we may not be able to reply to all enquiries. We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding.
If your enquiry is urgent or you haven't heard back within a week, please don't hesitate to follow up with us. Thank you for supporting our mission to help homeless animals. 🐾
